All electricity is included -
there is no need to bring a supply of coins for a meter.

All heating
costs are included as well (the property has gas fired radiator central heating
throughout).

All linen (duvets for all beds)
is included as well as towels for use in the bathroom.

Parking for one car and
possibly a small boat (check size with us first) is available on the drive of
Little River View.

The cottage is available from
3pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day your stay ends. If you do
arrive early, there is plenty to do in Horning and if preparation of the cottage
is complete before 3pm, you are welcome to start your stay early.

A cot, high chair and stairgate
for our smallest guests are available at no extra charge.

The price of your stay does not
include travel/cancellation insurance but visit our

page for low cost cancellation insurance from Insure and Go.

A £100 security deposit is
payable with the balance of your holiday. This covers any damage to the
cottage or its contents. On the day of departure, we'll confirm that
everything is OK and refund the deposit by cheque or BACS payment - whichever
you prefer.
